What sizes do your prints come in?
Our prints are available in three sizes: 8 x 10 (20.3cm x 25.4cm), 12 x 16 (30.5cm x 40.6cm) and 18 x 24 (45.6cm x 61.0cm)
What frame options are available?
The default option is a wooden frame in white. We think this is the most aesthetically pleasing frame for our prints. Please let us know in the comments at checkout if you would like a black frame instead.
Do you offer customised maps?
Yes, we can map virtually any course in the world. Send us a request at info@vivrgolf.com.
What are the delivery times?
For NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA, please allow 2 weeks for standard production and shipping and 1 week for express. For WA, NT and TAS, please allow 3-4 weeks for standard production and shipping and 2-3 weeks for express.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Please refer to our delivery times in the previous question.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Please contact us on info@vivrgolf.com to discuss your specific requirements.
What are your shipping rates?
Australian orders (Standard):
8 x 10: A$13.50 / 12 x 16: A$15.95 / 18 x 24: A$15.95
Australian orders (Express):
8 x 10: A$33.50 / 12 x 16: A$35.95 / 18 x 24: A$35.95
What are your shipping times?
Standard shipping times within Australia are 2-8 business days. Standard international shipping times are 6-27 business days. If you require a rush order, let us know at info@vivrgolf.com and we'll work with you to get your order to you on time!
